The store sells products to private individuals of legal age. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

Ordering

Products are ordered via the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the cart through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of the order will only be used for the delivery of the order or to clarify any issues related to it unless stated otherwise. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery valid at the time.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service provider is Paytrail.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation via email, including your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery charges include postal and packaging costs. An estimate of the delivery costs is shown in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method available. The exact delivery charges are displayed once you have selected the desired payment and delivery methods. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, and the exact delivery cost will be shown accordingly.

Please note: We are not responsible for the freezing of products if they are ordered to a delivery address under cold weather conditions where freezing is possible.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery times within Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Any exceptions to delivery time estimates are mentioned if there are out-of-stock items in your cart. We will also inform you immediately of any delays after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform on its website about any exceptional delivery times.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you have received the last batch of goods or, for downloadable products, from the moment of receiving the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the agreement in a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method we offered), without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We will refund you using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs due to the refund.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Only unopened and unused products have a 14-day return right. If the reason for return is anything other than a proven manufacturing defect or a product different from the order confirmation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unclaimed Package

Not claiming a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem Situations

If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address provided under the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy" section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during delivery, you must immediately notify our customer service, either by calling the number or emailing the address provided.
